Unless explicitly agreed in a custom master services agreement, all proprietary software, documentation, and digital assets developed by Lumecloud Solutions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners as defined in individual service contracts.
3. Service Level & Warranties
We guarantee 99.9% uptime on managed cloud infrastructure and provide rigorous software quality assurance standards across all client deliverables.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lumecloud Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized third-party system breaches beyond our direct architectural control.
